Plan For What's Next

Wachovia needed to increase womens awareness of their retail retirement & financial services in an engaging way. Our solution: cast real women to tell their dynamic life stories and wrap the financial content around the narrative, thus illustrating how Wachovia's products and services fit into their lives. We pushed the limits with this one, utilizing "out of the frame" large scale video, hide/reveal navigation, and compelling quiz and checklist toolsets (even working with Meir Statman to develop custom quiz content). Initial metrics report 7 minute + engagement times.

Robust functionality includes Interactive Flash Maps, Trip Builder, Business Directory, Lodging Directory, Things To Do, Podcasts, Videos, Trip Notes (User Submitted content section), E-cards, Photography Guide (now sponsored by Canon), RSS Feeds and is built in 5 different languages to cater to the international audience. YellowstonePark.com just picked up the Webby Award for Tourism, and the People's Voice Award for Tourism. YAY! I guess all that work was worth it afterall.

Wachovia Retirement Guide

So how do you get people interested in retirement planning? Wachovia Securities wanted to test the waters of the broadband world, and we delivered with an experiental video eMagazine. We developed the strategy, creative, and technology, including the production of the videos. The html email sent to Wachovia customers delivered a 25% click thru rate, while the site enjoyed an average visit time of nearly 8 minutes! The two custom built interactive tools also proved extremely effective, with a completion rate exceeding 50%! Not to shabby on the metrics I dare say....

InterContinental Hotels Group

Another Video eMagazine, focusing on the exciting sports experiences and promotions offered through IHG's Priority Club Rewards program. The premier issue, The Field of Play, takes us through three unique sports experiences. The on-location shoots for this project were a fantastic learning experience. This project picked up the 2007 IMA (Best In Class) for the E-Zine /Newsletter category.

Alltel Rebrand

in 2005, Campbell Ewald gave the Alltel brand a much needed facelift. THINK was tasked with taking this new brand online. Working with the "Come and get your love" tagline and a color palette only a mother could love, we revamped Alltel's entire online presence. I was responsible for the rebranding of Axcess data services properties, the Youth segment, several microsites and a slew of third party vendors. Most importantly, we tackled a complete overhual of their .COM site - one of the largest builds I have ever been a part of. In 2005 Alltel.com won the Web Marketing Association WebAwards, Outstanding Website.

Alltel Axcess Youth

A site built for Teens- pimping mobile data services and phones. This was an intense engagement- beginning with several prototypes we built and tested in focus groups in Tampa and Phoenix. This is the version that eventually made it to launch. Playing into the whole social networking craze, the site featured user generated content such as mobile photos and Mobisodes (user generated videos shot with mobile phones). Using Viewpoint technology, we created a 3d phone shopping experience that actually rendered the phone models real time in the browser!

THINK inc

I seem to get the job of the company redesign at every job I have, THINK was no exception. A shift in the company's focus meant a new brand message and a new site. Riding the wave of fresh Web 2.0 stylings, this is what I came up with. We also set up a DIY photoshoot for the leadership team that yielded unexpectedly great results.

Logos Muchachos

I used to make alot of logos. I still jam one out from time to time. They always prove to be the most difficult design challenge of any meduim I face. How do you make something so simplistic, and still communicate what a company is all about. It's a love hate thing I guess.
Yellowstone International

The parent company of YellowstonePark.com needed a site showcasing their Consumer Products and B2B Services. The seamless wood background sure is perty....

Afterburners

Afterburners is a CD club I belong to where each member has a month and creates a mix and cover art to send to the other 11 folks. It's a fun way to get turned onto obscure quirky bands you've never heard before. These are some of my covers.

Axcess Prototypes

These are the flash prototypes for the Alltel Axcess Youth project that never made it past focus group testing. Don't worry comps, I still love you.

There is a set click path thru each prototype- fun little animations in each if you can find them!
