Brightfarms Experience Center
Growing the future of indoor farming.
An experience center that turns the most advanced greenhouse in Georgia into a story you can touch and feel — built to win the belief of retailers, stakeholders, and growers alike.
When BrightFarms opened its Macon greenhouse, it also opened a window into a new way of growing. One where lettuce harvests the sun instead of harming the soil, and where growing things inside makes life better outside. Our job was to make that idea impossible to ignore.
We designed the experience inside the Cox Farms Discovery Center: a space attached to a working greenhouse that will span 1.5 million square feet once fully built, with eight acres already growing under glass.
Inside, five interactive installations carry one feeling: commitment and passion for fresh, crunchy, long-lasting leafy greens. Visitors push through tactile reveal panels to learn the farming process, watch bite-sized proof points glow to life behind brand-shaped leaf art, and lose themselves in a large-format LED canvas that moves from the micro-beauty of a single leaf to the macro-scale of the whole operation. They interact with the greenhouse's living climate and nutrition data on a touch dashboard, then explore a phased greenhouse site map to see the real impact of a scaled, sustainable future.
The result moves people to act. Retailers leave wanting to buy. Stakeholders leave believing in the investment. And the people who grow it leave proud of how they do it.
“We’re excited to mark the opening and impact of our first greenhouse in Georgia with an immersive and educational experience. This celebration is more than a ribbon-cutting – it’s a chance to showcase how we’re prioritizing sustainability, investing in local talent, and expanding access to fresh, locally grown produce across the Southeast.”
— Kelvin Hill, general manager of BrightFarms’s Macon, Georgia greenhouse
